Dr. Kara Miles Alford is a Mississippi native with deep roots in her community and a lifelong commitment to caring for others. She graduated from Morton High School in 1990 before attending Mississippi State University, where she graduated in 1993. She then continued her education at the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry, earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 1997. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and received multiple awards for her skills and her character.
Since beginning her career in dentistry, Dr. Alford has been dedicated to providing thoughtful, compassionate dental care and building lasting relationships with her patients. She values the opportunity to get to know the individuals and families she treats and strives to make each patient feel comfortable, heard, and well cared for. For Dr. Alford, dentistry is about more than caring for a patient’s smile—it is about providing dependable, personalized care that patients can feel confident in for years to come.
Dr. Alford is incredibly grateful for the many ways God has blessed her throughout her life and career. Her faith is an important part of who she is, and she considers it a blessing to have a career that allows her to serve and care for others each day. She is thankful for the relationships she has built with her patients over the years and for the opportunity to make a positive difference in their lives.
Outside of the office, Dr. Alford enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially her daughter and son-in-law. Family is an important part of her life, and she treasures the time they are able to spend together. Whether caring for patients or enjoying time with those closest to her, Dr. Alford brings warmth, kindness, and genuine care to the relationships she values most.
